Held: The holder's Reflect and Light Screen will create effects lasting for eight turns rather than five. As this item affects the move rather than the barrier itself, the effect is not lost if the holder leaves battle or drops this item.

Trait: Snow Warning
Summons hail that lasts indefinitely upon entering battle.

EVs: 128 Def / 252 SAtk / 128 SDef /

Description:
This build is basically to create a decent wall against opponents in doubles for an attacker alongside it to bash the enemies. Aurora Veil to have damage, and light flag to extend it. Obviously show warning so you can use Aurora veil, and protect in case the opposing team tries to take you out. I also put in its two best stab moves for doubles, which attack both targets. The defense and so defense are to make it able to take a bit and still get up Aurora Veil.

Options:
Could replace protect with hail if you think it will last that long, and could give it Timid nature for speed.

Counters:
Any Pokemon resistant to what steel is normally weak to with a steel type move would crush this set with the 4 times effectiveness.
