Meet Braviary-Hisui, the lit Pokémon of Psychic and Flying types! Braviary-Hisui is a common Pokémon to see in the SS metagame. It is weak to Dark, Electric, Ghost, Ice, and Rock-typed attacks. Curious about Braviary-Hisui's movesets? Check our suggestions listed below!
Species: Braviary-Hisui Item: Life Orb / Throat Spray Ability: Sheer Force Nature: Modest (+SpA, -Atk) EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe IVs: 0 Atk Moveset: - Air Slash - Heat Wave - Round / Snore - Roost
Special Sweeper Braviary-Hisui (Sheer Force)
Dominating single battles, Braviary is an impressive Special Sweeper. It's primary goal is to crush rivals using brute special power. Throat Spray activates when a Pokemon uses a sound-based move (in this case Round or Snore) and boosts Braviary's special attack stat by 2 stages. Life Orb boosts the power of Braviary's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. However, Sheer Force negates the recoil damage from Life Orb while still increasing the damage from both it's ability and the orb making it an amazing item for Braviary. With Sheer Force, Braviary's attacks with secondary effects have 1.3x power; nullifies the effects.
◆ Air Slash is a special STAB-boosted 75-base power Flying-type move (30% chance to make the target flinch). ◆ Heat Wave is a special 95-base power Fire-type move (10% chance to burn the foes). ◆ Round is a special 60-base power Normal-type move (power doubles if others used round this turn). ◆ Snore is a special 50-base power Normal-type move (Braviary must be asleep. 30% chance to flinch target). ◆ Roost is a status move (heals 50% hp. Flying-type removed until turn ends).
