Prepare for battle with Linoone-Galar, a superior Pokémon boasting Dark and Normal attributes. Linoone-Galar is not a Pokémon anyone usually expects to see on the battlefield. It is weak to Bug, Fairy, and Fighting-typed attacks. Ready to elevate your game with Linoone-Galar's movesets? They're right below!
Linoone proves to be a first-rate Physical Sweeper for single battles. The intention of this moveset is to overwhelm foes with forceful physical attacks. Flame Orb will burn Linoone at the end of the turn which will activate Linoone's Quick Feet ability. Use Protect to help guarantee the Orb activates on your first turn. With Quick Feet, if Linoone is statused its speed is 1.5x; ignores speed drop from paralysis. Facade's damage doubles when the user has a status affliction. Combine that with Quick Feet to seriously give Linoone a sweet boost. With a Chople Berry equipped to it, halves damage taken from a supereffective fighting-type attack then the Chople Berry gets consumed.
◆ Facade is a physical STAB-boosted 70-base power Normal-type move (power doubles if Linoone is burn/poison/paralyzed). ◆ Double-Edge is a physical STAB-boosted 120-base power Normal-type move (has 33% recoil). ◆ Knock Off is a physical STAB-boosted 65-base power Dark-type move (1.5x damage if foe holds an item; Note: This will also remove that item). ◆ Night Slash is a physical STAB-boosted 70-base power Dark-type move (high critical hit ratio). ◆ Shadow Claw is a physical 70-base power Ghost-type move (high critical hit ratio). ◆ Lick is a physical 30-base power Ghost-type move (30% chance to paralyze the target). ◆ Protect is a status move (prevents moves from affecting your Linoone this turn).
