What is a good competitive moveset for Durant? These builds have been optimized for Pokemon competing in Black/White Single Battles. The movesets and EVs have been specifically calibrated to deal the most amount of damage to the largest group of potentially common opponents and typing threats for the Black/White generation metagame.
Durant is a phenomenal Bug and Steel-typed Pokemon. Durant is a pretty common Pokemon to see in Generation 5. Durant's only type-related weakness is Fire.

Physical Sweeper Durant (Hustle)
Durant is a wonderful Physical Sweeper. It's designed to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. White Herb will reset Durant's negative stat changes once (specifically for when it uses Superpower). Focus Sash helps protect Durant from being one-shotted and allowing it to atleast use a crucial move when brought out. Life Orb boosts the power of Durant's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. Wide Lens will help improve the accuracy of Durant's moves. This is important since it's Hustle ability lowers the accuracy of it's moves. With Hustle, Durant's attack is 1.5x and accuracy of its physical attacks is 0.8x.
♦ X-Scissor is a physical STAB-boosted 80-base power Bug-type move that deals a hefty amount of damage.
♦ Bug Bite is a physical STAB-boosted 60-base power Bug-type move (Durant steals and eats the target's berry).
