Tentacool is a wonderful Water and Poison-typed Pokemon. Tentacool is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield. Tentacool can be quite a contender in the LC tier (Little Cup). Tentacool is weak to Electric, Ground, and Psychic-typed attacks.

Physical Sweeper Tentacool (Clear Body)
Tentacool is an astounding Physical Sweeper. This moveset attempts to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Tentacool is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield without an Eviolite attached to it. If Eviolite is held by a Pokémon that is not fully evolved, it will raises the Defense and Special Defense of that Pokemon by 50%. Focus Sash helps protect Tentacool from being one-shotted and allowing it to atleast use a crucial move when brought out. Life Orb boosts the power of Tentacool's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Clear Body, prevents other pokemon from lowering Tentacool's stat stages.
♦ Dive is a physical STAB-boosted 80-base power Water-type move (dives underwater turn 1, strikes turn 2).
♦ Double-Edge is a physical 120-base power Normal-type move (has 33% recoil).

♦ Poison Jab is a physical STAB-boosted 80-base power Poison-type move (30% chance to poison the target).
