Regigigas is a legendary Physical Sweeper. It's goal is to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Choice Band will increase the damage of Regigigas's physical moves by 1.5x at the cost of locking you into the first move you pick. Life Orb boosts the power of Regigigas's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Slow Start, on switch-in Regigigas's attack and speed are halved for 5 turns.

♦ Superpower is a physical 120-base power Fighting-type move (lowers your Regigigas's attack and defense by 1 stage).

Leftovers are always a great recovery option to ensure Regigigas last longer regaining it's it's HP every turn. With Slow Start, on switch-in Regigigas's attack and speed are halved for 5 turns.
