Meet Rattata, the lit Pokémon of Normal types! Rattata is not a Pokémon anyone usually expects to see on the battlefield. It can be quite a contender in the LC tier (Little Cup). There were no known abilities back in the Gold/Silver Pokémon games. Its only type-related weakness is Fighting. Check out the movesets listed below to learn more about Rattata's strategies.
Rattata is popular Physical Sweeper. It's purpose is to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Don't forget back before Generation IV, a move's damage category was determined by its type.
