Goomy is a pretty decent Dragon-typed Pokemon. Goomy is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield. Goomy can be quite a contender in the LC tier (Little Cup). Goomy is weak to Dragon, Fairy, and Ice-typed attacks.

Physical Sweeper Goomy (Gooey)
Goomy is a marvelous Physical Sweeper for single battles. It is primarily designed to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Choice Band will increase the damage of Goomy's physical moves by 1.5x at the cost of locking you into the first move you pick. Life Orb boosts the power of Goomy's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Gooey, pokemon making contact with Goomy have their speed lowered by 1 stage. Facade's damage doubles when the user has a status affliction.

With Gooey, pokemon making contact with Goomy have their speed lowered by 1 stage. With a Eject Pack equipped to it, if Goomy's stat stages are lowered, it switches to a chosen ally then the Eject Pack gets consumed.
