Palkia is pretty popular Water and Dragon-typed Pokemon. It's pretty standard to find yourself dealing with Palkia when battling in the 8th generation meta. Palkia's only type-related weaknesses are Dragon and Fairy.

Special Sweeper Palkia-Origin (Pressure)
Palkia is a legendary Special Sweeper for single battles. It's purpose is to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Choice Specs will increase the damage of Palkia's special moves by 1.5x but will lock you into the first move you pick. Life Orb boosts the power of Palkia's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Pressure, if Palkia is the target of a foe's move that move loses one additional pp.
◆ Draco Meteor is a special STAB-boosted 130-base power Dragon-type move (lowers your Palkia's special attack by 2 stages).
◆ Surf is a special STAB-boosted 90-base power Water-type move (hits adjacent pokemon. Double damage on dive).
◆ Brine is a special STAB-boosted 65-base power Water-type move (power doubles if the target's hp is 50% or less).
◆ Earth Power is a special 90-base power Ground-type move (10% chance to lower the target's special defense by 1 stage).
◆ Flamethrower is a special 90-base power Fire-type move (10% chance to burn the target).

Doubles Special Sweeper Palkia-Origin (Pressure)
Palkia is a legendary Special Sweeper for double battles. It's goal is to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Throat Spray activates when a Pokemon uses a sound-based move (in this case Hyper Voice) and raises Palkia's special attack stat by 2 stages. Life Orb boosts the power of Palkia's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Pressure, if Palkia is the target of a foe's move that move loses one additional pp.

Palkia is a legendary Offensive Trick Room for single battles. Life Orb boosts the power of Palkia's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Pressure, if Palkia is the target of a foe's move that move loses one additional pp. With a Room Service equipped to it, if trick room is active, Palkia's speed is lowered by 1 stage then the Room Service gets consumed.
