What is a good competitive moveset for Pancham? These builds have been optimized for Pokemon competing in Sword/Shield Single Battles. The movesets and EVs have been specifically calibrated to deal the most amount of damage to the largest group of potentially common opponents and typing threats for the Sword/Shield generation metagame.
Pancham is an extraordinary Fighting-typed Pokemon. Pancham is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield. Pancham can be quite a contender in the LC tier (Little Cup). Pancham is weak to Fairy, Flying, and Psychic-typed attacks.

Physical Sweeper Pancham (Iron Fist)
Pancham is a fabulous Physical Sweeper for single battles. It attempts to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Choice Band will increase the damage of Pancham's physical moves by 1.5x at the cost of locking you into the first move you pick. With Iron Fist, Pancham's punch-based attacks have 1.2x power. Sucker punch is not boosted. With a Eject Pack equipped to it, if Pancham's stat stages are lowered, it switches to a chosen ally then the Eject Pack gets consumed.
◆ Storm Throw is a physical STAB-boosted 60-base power Fighting-type move (always results in a critical hit).
◆ Foul Play is a physical 95-base power Dark-type move (uses target's attack stat in damage calculation).
◆ Knock Off is a physical 65-base power Dark-type move (1.5x damage if foe holds an item; Note: This will also remove that item).
◆ Shadow Claw is a physical 70-base power Ghost-type move (high critical hit ratio).
◆ Slash is a physical 70-base power Normal-type move (high critical hit ratio).

Pancham Physical Sweeper (Restlum)
Pancham is a pretty decent Physical Sweeper for single battles. It attempts to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. With Scrappy, fighting normal moves hit ghost. Immune to intimidate. With a Lum Berry equipped to it, Pancham cures itself if it has a non-volatile status or is confused then the Lum Berry gets consumed.
◆ Swagger is a status move (raises the target's attack by 2 stages and confuses it).
◆ Rock Slide is a physical 75-base power Rock-type move (30% chance to make the foes flinch).
◆ Rest is a status move (Pancham sleeps 2 turns and restores hp and status).
