Popplio is a marvelous Water-typed Pokemon. Popplio is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield. Popplio can be quite a contender in the LC tier (Little Cup). Popplio's only type-related weaknesses are Electric and Grass.

Physical Sweeper Popplio (Liquid Voice)
Popplio is a remarkable Physical Sweeper for single battles. It's designed to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Choice Band will increase the damage of Popplio's physical moves by 1.5x at the cost of locking you into the first move you pick. Life Orb boosts the power of Popplio's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Liquid Voice, Popplio's sound-based moves become water type. Facade's damage doubles when the user has a status affliction.
◆ Waterfall is a physical STAB-boosted 80-base power Water-type move (20% chance to make the target flinch).
◆ Triple Axel is a physical 20-base power Ice-type move (hits 3 times. Each hit can miss, but power rises).
◆ Play Rough is a physical 90-base power Fairy-type move (10% chance to lower the target's attack by 1 stage).
◆ Facade is a physical 70-base power Normal-type move (power doubles if Popplio is burn/poison/paralyzed).
◆ Covet is a physical 60-base power Normal-type move (if your Popplio has no item, it steals the target's).
