Silvally's ability RKS System changes it's typing based on the item it's holding. For this build, Ice Memory will change Silvally's typing to Ice. Psychic Fangs was added to provide additional threat coverage. With a Ice Memory equipped to it, Silvally's multi-attack is ice type.
◆ Outrage is a physical 120-base power Dragon-type move (lasts 2-3 turns. Confuses your Silvally afterwards).
◆ Dragon Claw is a physical 80-base power Dragon-type move that deals a substantial amount of damage.
◆ Psychic Fangs is a physical 85-base power Psychic-type move (destroys screens, unless the target is immune).
◆ Double-Edge is a physical 120-base power Normal-type move (has 33% recoil).
◆ Ice Fang is a physical STAB-boosted 65-base power Ice-type move (10% chance to freeze. 10% chance to flinch).
