Sobble is an extraordinary Water-typed Pokemon. Sobble is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield. Sobble can be quite a contender in the LC tier (Little Cup). Sobble's only type-related weaknesses are Electric and Grass.
Sobble is an outstanding Special Sweeper for single battles. It's goal is to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Scope Lens/Razor Claw increases Sobble critical hit ratio by 1 stage and combined with Sobble's Sniper ability will increase the amount of damage done by those critial hits. Throat Spray activates when a Pokemon uses a sound-based move (in this case Round or Snore) and raises Sobble's special attack stat by 2 stages. With Sniper, if Sobble strikes with a critical hit the damage is multiplied by 1.5.
