The movesets and EVs are designed to maximize damage against common opponents and threats in the Sword/Shield metagame. Discover Throh, a first-rate Pokémon with Fighting attributes! It's to see Throh show up as a Sword/Shield opponent. It is weak to Fairy, Flying, and Psychic-typed attacks. Curious about Throh's movesets? Check our suggestions listed below!
Throh excels as a pretty decent Physical Sweeper during single battles. The objective of this moveset is to crush rivals using potent physical power. Flame Orb will burn Throh at the end of the turn which will activate Throh's Guts ability. Use Protect to help guarantee the Orb activates on your first turn. With Guts, if Throh is statused its attack is 1.5x; ignores burn halving physical damage. Facade's damage doubles when the user has a status affliction. Combine that with Guts to seriously give Throh a sweet boost. With a Eject Pack equipped to it, if Throh's stat stages are lowered, it switches to a chosen ally then the Eject Pack gets consumed.
◆ Superpower is a physical STAB-boosted 120-base power Fighting-type move (lowers your Throh's attack and defense by 1 stage). ◆ Storm Throw is a physical STAB-boosted 60-base power Fighting-type move (always results in a critical hit). ◆ Facade is a physical 70-base power Normal-type move (power doubles if Throh is burn/poison/paralyzed). ◆ Body Slam is a physical 85-base power Normal-type move (30% chance to paralyze the target). ◆ Earthquake is a physical 100-base power Ground-type move (hits adjacent pokemon). ◆ Stomping Tantrum is a physical 75-base power Ground-type move (power doubles if your Throh's last move failed). ◆ Protect is a status move (prevents moves from affecting your Throh this turn).

Several moves listed here may have additional effects that might alter actual damage output which are not factored on this specific list. Use damage calculators to find actual damage amounts.
