Special Sweeper Noivern (Infiltrator)

Noivern is pretty popular Special Sweeper. This moveset is designed to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. White Herb will reset Noivern's negative stat changes once (specifically for when it uses Draco Meteor). Life Orb boosts the power of Noivern's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Infiltrator, moves ignore substitutes and the foe's reflect light screen safeguard and mist.

Draco Meteor is a special STAB-boosted 130-base power Dragon-type move (lowers your Noivern's special attack by 2 stages).
Dragon Pulse is a special STAB-boosted 85-base power Dragon-type move that deals a nice amount of damage.
Boomburst is a special 140-base power Normal-type move (no additional effect. hits adjacent pokemon).

Noivern Special Sweeper (Manbat)

Noivern is pretty popular Special Sweeper. It's primary goal is to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Choice Scarf will increase Noivern's speed by 1.5x but will lock you into the first move you pick. With Infiltrator, moves ignore substitutes and the foe's reflect light screen safeguard and mist.

Noivern Special Sweeper (Speed Of Sound)

Noivern is a spectacular Special Sweeper. It tries to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Focus Sash helps protect Noivern from being one-shotted and allowing it to atleast use a crucial move when brought out. With Infiltrator, moves ignore substitutes and the foe's reflect light screen safeguard and mist. With an excellent base 123 speed and also a respectable base 97 special attack, Noivern seems like a good specs user to me. Specs STAB Draco Meteor isn't going to be taken very nicely by alot of Pokemon, and Hurricane is it's secondary STAB to hit more stuff (> Air Slash cause of more power :D). U-turn is to just run away, and it's a nice option on a choiced user and a choice between Flamethrower or Focus Blast can be made to cover steel types. Abilitywise, Infiltrator stands out to me, as it now allows Noivern to hit through Substitute, making it an even more effective revengekiller.

Boomburst is a special 140-base power Normal-type move (no additional effect. hits adjacent pokemon).
Tailwind is a status move (for 4 turns, allies' speed is doubled).
Hurricane is a special STAB-boosted 110-base power Flying-type move (30% chance to confuse target. can't miss in rain).
Draco Meteor is a special STAB-boosted 130-base power Dragon-type move (lowers your Noivern's special attack by 2 stages).
Flamethrower is a special 90-base power Fire-type move (10% chance to burn the target).
