What is a good competitive moveset for Simipour? These builds have been optimized for Pokemon competing in Black/White Single Battles. The movesets and EVs have been specifically calibrated to deal the most amount of damage to the largest group of potentially common opponents and typing threats for the Black/White generation metagame.
Simipour is pretty popular Water-typed Pokemon. It's almost common to find yourself dealing with Simipour when battling in the 5th generation meta. This Pokemon deserves to see more play in the meta. Simipour's only type-related weaknesses are Electric and Grass.

Physical Sweeper Simipour (Gluttony)
Simipour is an outstanding Physical Sweeper. It's purpose is to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. White Herb will reset Simipour's negative stat changes once (specifically for when it uses Superpower). Focus Sash helps protect Simipour from being one-shotted and allowing it to atleast use a crucial move when brought out. Life Orb boosts the power of Simipour's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Gluttony, when Simipour has 1/2 or less of its maximum hp it uses certain berries early. Ice Punch was added to provide additional threat coverage.
♦ Waterfall is a physical STAB-boosted 80-base power Water-type move (20% chance to flinch the target).
♦ Superpower is a physical 120-base power Fighting-type move (lowers your Simipour's attack and defense by 1 stage).
♦ Brick Break is a physical 75-base power Fighting-type move (destroys screens, unless the target is immune).
♦ Ice Punch is a physical 75-base power Ice-type move (10% chance to freeze the target).
♦ Frustration is a physical 0-base power Normal-type move (max 102 power at minimum happiness).
♦ Crunch is a physical 80-base power Dark-type move (20% chance to lower the target's defense by 1 stage).
