Parasect is a fabulous Bug and Grass-typed Pokemon. Parasect is a pretty regular Pokemon to see in Generation 4. This Pokemon deserves to see more play in the meta. Parasect is weak to Bug, Fire, Flying, Ice, Poison, and Rock-typed attacks.

Parasect is a spectacular Physical Sweeper. The purpose of this moveset is to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. With Dry Skin, Parasect is healed 1/4 by water 1/8 by rain; is hurt 1.25x by fire 1/8 by sun. Brick Break was added to provide additional threat coverage.
♦ Brick Break is a physical 75-base power Fighting-type move (destroys screens, even if the target is immune).
♦ Slash is a physical 70-base power Normal-type move (high critical hit ratio).
♦ X-Scissor is a physical STAB-boosted 80-base power Bug-type move that deals a large amount of damage.

Parasect is popular Physical Sweeper. It attempts to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Life Orb boosts the power of Parasect's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Effect Spore, 30% chance of poison/paralysis/sleep on others making contact with Parasect.

♦ Return is a physical 0-base power Normal-type move (max 102 power at maximum happiness).
