Special Sweeper Kadabra (Retro)

Kadabra is a fabulous Special Sweeper. It was designed to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Psybeam is a special STAB-boosted 65-base power Psychic-type move (10% chance to confuse the target).
Recover is a status move (heals your Kadabra by 50% of its max hp).
Thunder Wave is a status move (paralyzes the target).
Reflect is a status move (while active, your Kadabra's defense is doubled).
