Chingling is a spectacular Psychic-typed Pokemon. Chingling is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield. Chingling can be quite a contender in the LC tier (Little Cup). Chingling is weak to Bug, Dark, and Ghost-typed attacks.

With Levitate, Chingling is immune to ground; gravity/ingrain/smack down/iron ball nullify it.
