With Mold Breaker, Fraxure's moves and their effects ignore the abilities of other pokemon. Poison Jab was added to provide additional threat coverage.

If Eviolite is held by a Pokémon that is not fully evolved, it will raises the Defense and Special Defense of that Pokemon by 50%. With Mold Breaker, Fraxure's moves and their effects ignore the abilities of other pokemon.
