With Sap Sipper, Gogoat's attack is raised 1 stage if hit by a grass move; grass immunity. It is hungry for health. Big root will provide more health for leech seed and horn leech. Grass typing is a very good defensive type against powder users. Bulk up and the ev spread will allow go goat to be a very good double wall.
