What is a good competitive moveset for Mimikyu-busted-totem? These builds have been optimized for Pokemon competing in Sun/Moon Single Battles. The movesets and EVs have been specifically calibrated to deal the most amount of damage to the largest group of potentially common opponents and typing threats for the Sun/Moon generation metagame.
Mimikyu is a decent Ghost and Fairy-typed Pokemon. It's not-uncommon to see Mimikyu show up as a Sun/Moon opponent. Mimikyu is typically seen in the UU tier (Underused). Mimikyu's only type-related weaknesses are Ghost and Steel.

Physical Sweeper Mimikyu-Busted-Totem (Disguise)
Mimikyu is a wonderful Physical Sweeper for single battles. It attempts to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. The Shell Bell item option is to help Mimikyu recover from the recoil damage it may take from Wood Hammer. With Disguise, (mimikyu only) first hit deals 0 damage breaks disguise. With a Ghostium Z equipped to it, if Mimikyu has a ghost move, this item allows it to use a ghost z-move.

◆ Play Rough is a physical STAB-boosted 90-base power Fairy-type move (10% chance to lower the target's attack by 1 stage).

◆ X-Scissor is a physical 80-base power Bug-type move that deals a substantial amount of damage.
◆ Return is a physical 0-base power Normal-type move (max 102 power at maximum happiness).
