With Levitate, Cresselia is immune to ground; gravity/ingrain/smack down/iron ball nullify it. Annoyer set. Use double team to avoid getting hit. Poison your opponent with Toxic, then alternate between double teams and protects until your HP is low, then start using Moonlight!
