Deoxys is a notable Psychic-typed Pokemon. It's usual to find yourself dealing with Deoxys when battling in the 6th generation meta. Deoxys is considered strong enough to compete with Uber tiered Pokemon. Deoxys is weak to Bug, Dark, and Ghost-typed attacks.

Deoxys is a legendary Physical Sweeper. This moveset is designed to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Life Orb boosts the power of Deoxys's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Pressure, if Deoxys is the target of a foe's move that move loses one additional pp.
♦ Double-Edge is a physical 120-base power Normal-type move (has 33% recoil).
♦ Return is a physical 0-base power Normal-type move (max 102 power at maximum happiness).
♦ Zen Headbutt is a physical STAB-boosted 80-base power Psychic-type move (20% chance to flinch the target).

Deoxys is a legendary Special Sweeper. It's primary goal is to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Choice Specs will increase the damage of Deoxys's special moves by 1.5x but will lock you into the first move you pick. Life Orb boosts the power of Deoxys's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Pressure, if Deoxys is the target of a foe's move that move loses one additional pp.
♦ Psychic is a special STAB-boosted 90-base power Psychic-type move (10% chance to lower the target's special defense by 1 stage).
♦ Ice Beam is a special 90-base power Ice-type move (10% chance to freeze the target).
♦ Thunderbolt is a special 90-base power Electric-type move (10% chance to paralyze the target).
♦ Energy Ball is a special 90-base power Grass-type move (10% chance to lower the target's special defense by 1 stage).

Deoxys-Speed Support (Alien Screener)
Deoxys is a legendary Support. With Pressure, if Deoxys is the target of a foe's move that move loses one additional pp. Deoxys-S uses its amazing base speed stat to help it's team. This works best in teams that pressure opponents by creating multiple setup sweepers in order to overpower the opponent's team with boosted attacks. The combination of Reflect and Light Screen is perfect for this since Deoxys-S halfs the power of your opponent's attacks for eight turns with Light Clay and grants it's teammates enough time to set up and pull off a deadly sweep.
♦ Reflect is a status move (for 5 turns, physical damage to allies is halved).
♦ Light Screen is a status move (for 5 turns, special damage to allies is halved).
♦ Fire Punch is a physical 75-base power Fire-type move (10% chance to burn the target).
♦ Taunt is a status move (target can't use status moves its next 3 turns).

Deoxys is a legendary Physical Sweeper. It is meant to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Choice Band will increase the damage of Deoxys's physical moves by 1.5x at the cost of locking you into the first move you pick. Life Orb boosts the power of Deoxys's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Pressure, if Deoxys is the target of a foe's move that move loses one additional pp. Knock Off was added to provide additional threat coverage.
♦ Superpower is a physical 120-base power Fighting-type move (lowers your Deoxys's attack and defense by 1 stage).
