Gliscor is a wonderful Ground and Flying-typed Pokemon. Gliscor are common Pokemon to see in the XY metagame. Gliscor can usually be found in the OU tier (Overused). Gliscor's only type-related weaknesses are Ice and Water.

Physical Sweeper Gliscor (Hyper Cutter)
Gliscor is popular Physical Sweeper. It's goal is to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. With Hyper Cutter, prevents other pokemon from lowering Gliscor's attack stat stage.
♦ Bulldoze is a physical STAB-boosted 60-base power Ground-type move (100% chance lower adjacent pkmn speed by 1 stage).
♦ Sky Attack is a physical STAB-boosted 140-base power Flying-type move (charges, then hits turn 2. 30% flinch. high crit).
♦ Wing Attack is a physical STAB-boosted 60-base power Flying-type move that deals damage.
♦ Double-Edge is a physical 120-base power Normal-type move (has 33% recoil).
♦ Return is a physical 0-base power Normal-type move (max 102 power at maximum happiness).
♦ Knock Off is a physical 65-base power Dark-type move (1.5x damage if foe holds an item; Note: This will also remove that item).

Gliscor Physical Sweeper (Edgequake Gliscor)
Gliscor is a pretty decent Physical Sweeper. It's meant to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Toxic Orb will poison Gliscor at the end of the turn which will activate Gliscor's Poison Heal ability. With Poison Heal, Gliscor is healed by 1/8 of its max hp each turn when poisoned; no hp loss. EdgeQuake combo is awesome, with NightSlash adding extra coverage. SwordsDance is great if I manage to spare a turn, and Toxic Orb-Posion Heal is amazing.
♦ Night Slash is a physical 70-base power Dark-type move (high critical hit ratio).
♦ Earthquake is a physical STAB-boosted 100-base power Ground-type move (hits adjacent pokemon).
♦ Swords Dance is a status move (raises your Gliscor's attack by 2 stages).

Toxic Orb will poison Gliscor at the end of the turn which will activate Gliscor's Poison Heal ability. Use Protect to help guarantee the Orb activates on your first turn. With Poison Heal, Gliscor is healed by 1/8 of its max hp each turn when poisoned; no hp loss.

♦ Substitute is a status move (Gliscor takes 1/4 its max hp to put in a substitute).

Gliscor is a decent Physical Wall. It's primary goal is to take a nice amount of physical hits while dealing some decent damage. Toxic Orb will poison Gliscor at the end of the turn which will activate Gliscor's Poison Heal ability. With Poison Heal, Gliscor is healed by 1/8 of its max hp each turn when poisoned; no hp loss. I've seem alot of people lead with a similar gliscor. Setup substitute and toxic, and work from there. She can usually take out 1-2 pokemon, even more if I get lucky. Just an overall durable pokemon.

Gliscor is a pretty decent Physical Sweeper. It's designed to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Toxic Orb will poison Gliscor at the end of the turn which will activate Gliscor's Poison Heal ability. With Poison Heal, Gliscor is healed by 1/8 of its max hp each turn when poisoned; no hp loss. Fire Fang is useful if you turn up the sun or match up against ice and the other moved are just the basics. I like U-turn to get him out of harms way but if you want more power or a trying to gain move type advantage with the rest of your team use stone edge.
