I've seem alot of people lead with a similar gliscor. Setup substitute and toxic, and work from there. She can usually take out 1-2 pokemon, even more if I get lucky. Just an overall durable pokemon.

Fire Fang is useful if you turn up the sun or match up against ice and the other moved are just the basics. I like U-turn to get him out of harms way but if you want more power or a trying to gain move type advantage with the rest of your team use stone edge.
