Air Balloon makes the holder ungrounded, which means Magcargo is immune to Ground-type moves until the balloon pops when hit by a damaging move. With Weak Armor, if a physical attack hits Magcargo it's defense is lowered by 1 and it's speed is increased by 2 stages.
