Meowstic is a stupendous Special Sweeper. It's purpose is to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Choice Specs will increase the damage of Meowstic's special moves by 1.5x but will lock you into the first move you pick. Life Orb boosts the power of Meowstic's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Competitive, Meowstic's sp. atk is raised by 2 for each of its stats that is lowered by a foe.
♦ Extrasensory is a special STAB-boosted 80-base power Psychic-type move (10% chance to flinch the target).
♦ Energy Ball is a special 90-base power Grass-type move (10% chance to lower the target's special defense by 1 stage).

♦ Dark Pulse is a special 80-base power Dark-type move (20% chance to flinch the target).

Meowstic is a sensational Defensive Trick Room. Weakness Policy activates if Meowstic is hit by a super effective move. The Weakness Policy is consumed and its Attack and Special Attack are increased by two stages each. With Competitive, Meowstic's sp. atk is raised by 2 for each of its stats that is lowered by a foe.
♦ Substitute is a status move (Meowstic takes 1/4 its max hp to put in a substitute).
♦ Heal Bell is a status move (cures your Meowstic's party of all status conditions).
♦ Trick Room is a status move (goes last. for 5 turns, turn order is reversed).
