Physical Sweeper Wartortle (Rain Dish)
Wartortle is a marvelous Physical Sweeper. It was designed to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Wartortle is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield but Eviolite changes that. If Eviolite is held by a Pokémon that is not fully evolved, it will raises the Defense and Special Defense of that Pokemon by 50%. With Rain Dish, if rain dance is active Wartortle heals 1/16 of its max hp each turn.

♦ Double-Edge is a physical 120-base power Normal-type move (has 33% recoil).
♦ Return is a physical 0-base power Normal-type move (max 102 power at maximum happiness).
♦ Brick Break is a physical 75-base power Fighting-type move (destroys screens, unless the target is immune).
♦ Ice Punch is a physical 75-base power Ice-type move (10% chance to freeze the target).

Wartortle is an awesome Special Sweeper. It's purpose is to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Wartortle is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield until Eviolite was attached to it. If Eviolite is held by a Pokémon that is not fully evolved, it will raises the Defense and Special Defense of that Pokemon by 50%. Life Orb boosts the power of Wartortle's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Rain Dish, if rain dance is active Wartortle heals 1/16 of its max hp each turn.
♦ Water Pledge is a special STAB-boosted 80-base power Water-type move (use with grass or fire pledge for added effect).
♦ Ice Beam is a special 90-base power Ice-type move (10% chance to freeze the target).
♦ Icy Wind is a special 55-base power Ice-type move (100% chance to lower the foes speed by 1 stage).
♦ Dragon Pulse is a special 85-base power Dragon-type move that deals a large amount of damage.

Life Orb boosts the power of Wartortle's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Torrent, at 1/3 or less of its max hp Wartortle's attacking stat is 1.5x with water attacks.

♦ Iron Defense is a status move (raises your Wartortle's defense by 2 stages).

Leftovers are always a great recovery option to ensure Wartortle last longer regaining it's health points every turn. With Rain Dish, if rain dance is active Wartortle heals 1/16 of its max hp each turn.
