Arceus is an awesome Ice-typed Pokemon. It's not-uncommon to find yourself dealing with Arceus when battling in the 5th generation meta. Arceus is considered strong enough to compete with Uber tiered Pokemon. Arceus is weak to Fighting, Fire, Rock, and Steel-typed attacks.

Physical Sweeper Arceus-Ice (Multitype)
Arceus is a legendary Physical Sweeper. This moveset attempts to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Arceus's ability Multitype changes it's typing based on the item it's holding. For this build, Icicle Plate will change Arceus's typing to Ice.
♦ Dragon Claw is a physical 80-base power Dragon-type move that deals a good amount of damage.
♦ Frustration is a physical 0-base power Normal-type move (max 102 power at minimum happiness).
♦ Return is a physical 0-base power Normal-type move (max 102 power at maximum happiness).
♦ Earthquake is a physical 100-base power Ground-type move (hits adjacent pokemon).
♦ Avalanche is a physical STAB-boosted 60-base power Ice-type move (power doubles if Arceus is damaged by the target).

Arceus is a legendary Special Sweeper. It's goal is to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Arceus's ability Multitype changes it's typing based on the item it's holding. For this build, Icicle Plate will change Arceus's typing to Ice. Psychic was added to provide additional threat coverage.
♦ Draco Meteor is a special 140-base power Dragon-type move (lowers your Arceus's special attack by 2 stages).
♦ Spacial Rend is a special 100-base power Dragon-type move (high critical hit ratio).
♦ Overheat is a special 140-base power Fire-type move (lowers your Arceus's special attack by 2 stages).
♦ Flamethrower is a special 95-base power Fire-type move (10% chance to burn the target).
♦ Psychic is a special 90-base power Psychic-type move (10% chance to lower the target's special defense by 1 stage).
