Physical Sweeper Crawdaunt (Adaptability)
Crawdaunt is a pretty decent Physical Sweeper. It's primary goal is to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. White Herb will reset Crawdaunt's negative stat changes once (specifically for when it uses Superpower). Focus Sash helps protect Crawdaunt from being one-shotted and allowing it to atleast use a crucial move when brought out. Life Orb boosts the power of Crawdaunt's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Adaptability, Crawdaunt's same-type attack bonus (stab) is 2 instead of 1.5. X-Scissor or Avalanche are added to provide additional threat coverage.

♦ Crunch is a physical STAB-boosted 80-base power Dark-type move (20% chance to lower the target's defense by 1 stage).

♦ X-Scissor is a physical 80-base power Bug-type move that deals a considerable amount of damage.
♦ Avalanche is a physical 60-base power Ice-type move (power doubles if Crawdaunt is damaged by the target).
