Once seen, use Embargo so that it will no longer have the effects of the item. When battling, use Fake tears to sharply lower its SP. Defense. Use Flatter to boost it's SP. Attack while confusing it. Once confuse and sharply lowered your opponent's SP defense, chances are hitting itself with boosted SP Attack gaining a bigger damage. Use Psychic to prolong the agony. Note: Wise glass boosts your pokemon's SP Attack by 20%, what more can you ask? With a Wise Glasses equipped to it, Gothitelle's special attacks have 1.1x power.
