What is a good competitive moveset for Scraggy? These builds have been optimized for Pokemon competing in Black/White Single Battles. The movesets and EVs have been specifically calibrated to deal the most amount of damage to the largest group of potentially common opponents and typing threats for the Black/White generation metagame.
Scraggy is an interesting Dark and Fighting-typed Pokemon. Scraggy is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield. Scraggy's only type-related weaknesses are Fighting and Flying.

Physical Sweeper Scraggy (Intimidate)
Scraggy is an extraordinary Physical Sweeper. It is designed to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Scraggy is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield without an Eviolite attached. If Eviolite is held by a Pokémon that is not fully evolved, it will raises the Defense and Special Defense of that Pokemon by 50%. Focus Sash helps protect Scraggy from being one-shotted and allowing it to atleast use a crucial move when brought out. Life Orb boosts the power of Scraggy's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Intimidate, on switch-in Scraggy lowers the attack of adjacent opponents by 1 stage.
♦ Brick Break is a physical STAB-boosted 75-base power Fighting-type move (destroys screens, unless the target is immune).
♦ Foul Play is a physical STAB-boosted 95-base power Dark-type move (uses target's attack stat in damage calculation).
♦ Crunch is a physical STAB-boosted 80-base power Dark-type move (20% chance to lower the target's defense by 1 stage).
♦ Frustration is a physical 0-base power Normal-type move (max 102 power at minimum happiness).
♦ Return is a physical 0-base power Normal-type move (max 102 power at maximum happiness).
♦ Poison Jab is a physical 80-base power Poison-type move (30% chance to poison the target).

Scraggy Physical Sweeper (Scraggamuffin)
Scraggy is a notable Physical Sweeper. The purpose of this moveset is to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Scraggy is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield without an Eviolite attached. If Eviolite is held by a Pokémon that is not fully evolved, it will raises the Defense and Special Defense of that Pokemon by 50%. With Shed Skin, Scraggy has a 33% chance to have its status cured at the end of each turn.

Scraggy is a fabulous Special Wall. It's goal is to take a hefty amount of hits from special attacks while dealing some decent damage. Scraggy is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield but Eviolite makes it possibly stronger than it's final form. If Eviolite is held by a Pokémon that is not fully evolved, it will raises the Defense and Special Defense of that Pokemon by 50%. With Shed Skin, Scraggy has a 33% chance to have its status cured at the end of each turn. I partake in Wonder Trade Wednesdays with King Nappy and Hoodlum Scrafty. While taking part, I wonder-traded with a Nintendo worker and acquired this. O.T: Smogon. I freaked out so hard. It is now my best mid-game sweeper. The only problem is that it can't stand fairy types.
