What is a good competitive moveset for Seadra? These builds have been optimized for Pokemon competing in Black/White Single Battles. The movesets and EVs have been specifically calibrated to deal the most amount of damage to the largest group of potentially common opponents and typing threats for the Black/White generation metagame.
Seadra is an astounding Water-typed Pokemon. Seadra is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield. Seadra's only type-related weaknesses are Electric and Grass.

Special Sweeper Seadra (Sniper)
Seadra is an interesting Special Sweeper. It's designed to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Scope Lens/Razor Claw increases Seadra critical hit ratio by 1 stage and combined with Seadra's Sniper ability will increase the amount of damage done by those critial hits. Focus Sash helps protect Seadra from being one-shotted and allowing it to atleast use a crucial move when brought out. Life Orb boosts the power of Seadra's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Sniper, if Seadra strikes with a critical hit the damage is multiplied by 1.5.

♦ Ice Beam is a special 95-base power Ice-type move (10% chance to freeze the target).
♦ Aurora Beam is a special 65-base power Ice-type move (10% chance to lower the target's attack by 1 stage).

Seadra Physical Wall (Defensive Father)
Seadra is a stupendous Physical Wall. It's designed to take a considerable amount of physical hits while dealing some decent damage. Seadra is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield until it was realized Eviolite would make it quite viable. If Eviolite is held by a Pokémon that is not fully evolved, it will raises the Defense and Special Defense of that Pokemon by 50%. With Poison Point, 30% chance a pokemon making contact with Seadra will be poisoned.
♦ Clear Smog is a special 50-base power Poison-type move (resets all of the target's stat stages to 0).
♦ Dragon Breath is a special 60-base power Dragon-type move (30% chance to paralyze the target).
♦ Dragon Pulse is a special 90-base power Dragon-type move that deals a mighty amount of damage.
♦ Ice Beam is a special 95-base power Ice-type move (10% chance to freeze the target).
