Special Sweeper Seadra (Retro)

Seadra is popular Special Sweeper. It's designed to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Remember prior to Generation IV, a move's damage category was determined by its type. Focus Sash helps protect Seadra from being one-shotted and allowing it to atleast use a crucial move when brought out.

Surf is a special STAB-boosted 95-base power Water-type move that deals a considerable amount of damage.
Waterfall is a special STAB-boosted 80-base power Water-type move that deals a large amount of damage.
Ice Beam is a special 95-base power Ice-type move (10% chance to freeze the target).
Aurora Beam is a special 65-base power Ice-type move (10% chance to lower the target's attack by 1 stage).
Dragon Breath is a special 60-base power Dragon-type move (30% chance to paralyze the target).
Dragon Rage is a special 0-base power Dragon-type move (deals 40 hp of damage to the target).
Protect is a status move (prevents moves from affecting your Seadra this turn).
