What is a good competitive moveset for Serperior? These builds have been optimized for Pokemon competing in Black/White Single Battles. The movesets and EVs have been specifically calibrated to deal the most amount of damage to the largest group of potentially common opponents and typing threats for the Black/White generation metagame.
Serperior is a notable Grass-typed Pokemon. It's normal to see Serperior show up as a Black/White opponent. This Pokemon deserves to see more play in the meta. Serperior is weak to Bug, Fire, Flying, Ice, and Poison-typed attacks.

Physical Sweeper Serperior
Serperior is pretty popular Physical Sweeper. It's primary goal is to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Choice Band will increase the damage of Serperior's physical moves by 1.5x at the cost of locking you into the first move you pick. Life Orb boosts the power of Serperior's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Overgrow, at 1/3 or less of its max hp Serperior's attacking stat is 1.5x with grass attacks.
♦ Seed Bomb is a physical STAB-boosted 80-base power Grass-type move that deals a large amount of damage.
♦ Outrage is a physical 120-base power Dragon-type move (lasts 2-3 turns. confuses your Serperior afterwards).
♦ Dragon Tail is a physical 60-base power Dragon-type move (forces the target to switch to a random ally).
♦ Return is a physical 0-base power Normal-type move (max 102 power at maximum happiness).
♦ Strength is a physical 80-base power Normal-type move that deals a substantial amount of damage.

Serperior is a spectacular Special Sweeper. This moveset attempts to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Choice Specs will increase the damage of Serperior's special moves by 1.5x but will lock you into the first move you pick. Life Orb boosts the power of Serperior's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Overgrow, at 1/3 or less of its max hp Serperior's attacking stat is 1.5x with grass attacks.
♦ Energy Ball is a special STAB-boosted 80-base power Grass-type move (10% chance to lower the target's special defense by 1 stage).
♦ Dragon Pulse is a special 90-base power Dragon-type move that deals a hefty amount of damage.

Serperior Support (Solid Snake)
Serperior is a wonderful Support. With Overgrow, at 1/3 or less of its max hp Serperior's attacking stat is 1.5x with grass attacks. With good defenses and speed, Serperior is a great candidate for Calm Mind, needing very little help to set up. After one or two Calm Minds, Serperior's offensive abilities improve significantly, and enable it to bring down most Pokemon with a Giga Drain or Hidden Power. After a Calm Mind, Serperior's Special Attack will only be as high as a neutral natured Jellicent's, so getting off more than one Calm Mind should be your goal, and is safer when Serperior has Rest and Chesto Berry.
♦ Taunt is a status move (target can't use status moves its next 3 turns).
♦ Giga Drain is a special STAB-boosted 75-base power Grass-type move (Serperior recovers 50% of the damage dealt).
♦ Rest is a status move (Serperior sleeps 2 turns and restores hp and status).
♦ Protect is a status move (prevents moves from affecting your Serperior this turn).

Serperior Double Wall (Hp Serpent)
Serperior is a pretty decent Double Wall. It is meant to have enough defenses and bulk to take both physical and special hits. With Overgrow, at 1/3 or less of its max hp Serperior's attacking stat is 1.5x with grass attacks. This Moveset is a tricky one. I can't decide for its Nature though. First is to set Leech seed + Growth combo. Once Special attack increased, use Giga Drain and your HP will be boosted to Full then use Wring Out another Special Attack to achieve its maximum damage dealt which is 120. This is a no TM and no Breeding moveset so any can replace Growth with Calm Mind though.
♦ Giga Drain is a special STAB-boosted 75-base power Grass-type move (Serperior recovers 50% of the damage dealt).
♦ Growth is a status move (raises Serperior's attack and special attack by 1 stage; 2 in sun).
♦ Leech Seed is a status move (1/8 of target's hp is restored to Serperior every turn).
