Slugma is a sensational Special Sweeper. It's meant to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. White Herb will reset Slugma's negative stat changes once (specifically for when it uses Overheat). Focus Sash helps protect Slugma from being one-shotted and allowing it to atleast use a crucial move when brought out. Life Orb boosts the power of Slugma's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Weak Armor, if a physical attack hits Slugma defense is lowered by 1 speed is raised by 1.
