Life Orb boosts the power of Zekrom's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Teravolt, Zekrom's moves and their effects ignore the abilities of other pokemon. Rock Slide was added to provide additional threat coverage.
