Leftovers are always a great recovery option to ensure Steelix last longer regaining it's it's vitality every turn. With Sturdy, ohko moves fail when used against Steelix.

With Rock Head, Steelix does not take recoil damage besides struggle/life orb/crash damage. Thunder Fang was added to provide additional threat coverage.
