The Shell Bell item option is to help Crobat recover from the recoil damage it may take from Double-Edge and Brave Bird. With Infiltrator, moves ignore substitutes and foe's reflect/light screen/safeguard/mist/aurora veil. X-Scissor was added to provide additional threat coverage.
