Lillipup is a pretty decent Normal-typed Pokemon. Lillipup is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield. Lillipup can be quite a contender in the LC tier (Little Cup). Lillipup's only type-related weakness is Fighting.

Physical Sweeper Lillipup (Vital Spirit)
Lillipup is a wonderful Physical Sweeper for single battles. It attempts to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Life Orb boosts the power of Lillipup's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. The Shell Bell item option is to help Lillipup recover from the recoil damage it may take from Wild Charge. With Vital Spirit, Lillipup cannot fall asleep. Gaining this ability while asleep cures it. Facade's damage doubles when the user has a status affliction.
◆ Facade is a physical STAB-boosted 70-base power Normal-type move (power doubles if Lillipup is burn/poison/paralyzed).
◆ Wild Charge is a physical 90-base power Electric-type move (has 1/4 recoil).
◆ Thunder Fang is a physical 65-base power Electric-type move (10% chance to paralyze. 10% chance to flinch).
◆ Psychic Fangs is a physical 85-base power Psychic-type move (destroys screens, unless the target is immune).
◆ Play Rough is a physical 90-base power Fairy-type move (10% chance to lower the target's attack by 1 stage).

Lillipup Physical Tank (Enduropup)
Lillipup is pretty popular Physical Tank for single battles. The purpose of this moveset is to take a mighty amount of physical hits while dealing some decent damage. With Vital Spirit, Lillipup cannot fall asleep. Gaining this ability while asleep cures it. With a Rocky Helmet equipped to it, if Lillipup is hit by a contact move, the attacker loses 1/6 of its max hp.
