What is a good competitive moveset for Slowpoke-galar? These builds have been optimized for Pokemon competing in Sword/Shield Single Battles. The movesets and EVs have been specifically calibrated to deal the most amount of damage to the largest group of potentially common opponents and typing threats for the Sword/Shield generation metagame.
Slowpoke is a phenomenal Psychic-typed Pokemon. Slowpoke is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield. Slowpoke can be quite a contender in the LC tier (Little Cup). Slowpoke is weak to Bug, Dark, and Ghost-typed attacks.

Slowpoke is a marvelous Physical Sweeper for single battles. It is designed to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. With Gluttony, Slowpoke eats berries at 1/2 max hp or less instead of their usual 1/4 max hp. Foul Play was added to provide additional threat coverage. With a Iapapa Berry equipped to it, restores 1/3 max hp at 1/4 max hp or less; confuses if -def nature then the Iapapa Berry gets consumed. With a Liechi Berry equipped to it, raises Slowpoke's attack by 1 stage when at 1/4 max hp or less then the Liechi Berry gets consumed.
◆ Earthquake is a physical 100-base power Ground-type move (hits adjacent pokemon).
◆ Bulldoze is a physical 60-base power Ground-type move (100% chance lower adjacent Pokemon speed by 1 stage).
◆ Foul Play is a physical 95-base power Dark-type move (uses target's attack stat in damage calculation).
◆ Body Slam is a physical 85-base power Normal-type move (30% chance to paralyze the target).
◆ Liquidation is a physical 85-base power Water-type move (20% chance to lower the target's defense by 1 stage).

With a Lum Berry equipped to it, Slowpoke cures itself if it has a non-volatile status or is confused then the Lum Berry gets consumed.
