Cryogonal is an outstanding Special Sweeper. The purpose of this moveset is to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Focus Sash helps protect Cryogonal from being one-shotted and allowing it to atleast use a crucial move when brought out. Choice Specs will increase the damage of Cryogonal's special moves by 1.5x but will lock you into the first move you pick. With Levitate, Cryogonal is immune to ground; gravity/ingrain/smack down/iron ball nullify it. Solar Beam was added to provide additional threat coverage.
♦ Frost Breath is a special STAB-boosted 60-base power Ice-type move (always results in a critical hit).
♦ Flash Cannon is a special 80-base power Steel-type move (10% chance to lower the target's special defense by 1 stage).
♦ Signal Beam is a special 75-base power Bug-type move (10% chance to confuse the target).
♦ Solar Beam is a special 120-base power Grass-type move (charges turn 1. hits turn 2. no charge in sunlight).

With Levitate, Cryogonal is immune to ground; gravity/ingrain/smack down/iron ball nullify it.
