Misdreavus is an extraordinary Special Sweeper. It is designed to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Choice Specs will increase the damage of Misdreavus's special moves by 1.5x but will lock you into the first move you pick. With Levitate, Misdreavus is immune to ground; gravity/ingrain/smack down/iron ball nullify it.
