Scraggy is a phenomenal Physical Sweeper. It is designed to take down the opponent's team with brute physical power. Choice Band will increase the damage of Scraggy's physical moves by 1.5x at the cost of locking you into the first move you pick. Life Orb boosts the power of Scraggy's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Intimidate, on switch-in Scraggy lowers the attack of adjacent opponents by 1 stage. Thunder Punch was added to provide additional threat coverage.

♦ Knock Off is a physical STAB-boosted 65-base power Dark-type move (1.5x damage if foe holds an item; Note: This will also remove that item).

Scraggy is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield but Eviolite makes it possibly stronger than it's final form. If Eviolite is held by a Pokémon that is not fully evolved, it will raises the Defense and Special Defense of that Pokemon by 50%. With Shed Skin, Scraggy has a 33% chance to have its status cured at the end of each turn.

Scraggy is an awesome Special Wall. It's designed to take a considerable amount of hits from special attacks while dealing some decent damage. Scraggy is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield until Eviolite was equipped. If Eviolite is held by a Pokémon that is not fully evolved, it will raises the Defense and Special Defense of that Pokemon by 50%. With Shed Skin, Scraggy has a 33% chance to have its status cured at the end of each turn. I partake in Wonder Trade Wednesdays with King Nappy and Hoodlum Scrafty. While taking part, I wonder-traded with a Nintendo worker and acquired this. O.T: Smogon. I freaked out so hard. It is now my best mid-game sweeper. The only problem is that it can't stand fairy types.
