Life Orb boosts the power of Togekiss's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Super Luck, Togekiss's critical hit ratio is raised by 1 stage. Psychic was added to provide additional threat coverage.

Paralyze your opponent (30% chance not to attack), then Air Slash away (60% chance with Serene Grace to flinch opponent) for a nice 90% chance of Paraflinching your opponent each turn assuming you go first.
