What is a good competitive moveset for Togetic? These builds have been optimized for Pokemon competing in X/Y Single Battles. The movesets and EVs have been specifically calibrated to deal the most amount of damage to the largest group of potentially common opponents and typing threats for the X/Y generation metagame.
Togetic is a decent Fairy and Flying-typed Pokemon. Togetic is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield. Togetic is weak to Electric, Ice, Poison, Rock, and Steel-typed attacks.

Special Sweeper Togetic (Super Luck)
Togetic is an interesting Special Sweeper. It was designed to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Togetic is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield until equipping Eviolite became the goto option. If Eviolite is held by a Pokémon that is not fully evolved, it will raises the Defense and Special Defense of that Pokemon by 50%. Scope Lens/Razor Claw increases Togetic critical hit ratio by 1 stage and combined with Togetic's Super Luck ability will double these chances even further. With Super Luck, Togetic's critical hit ratio is raised by 1 stage. Psychic was added to provide additional threat coverage.

♦ Psychic is a special 90-base power Psychic-type move (10% chance to lower the target's special defense by 1 stage).

♦ Flamethrower is a special 90-base power Fire-type move (10% chance to burn the target).
♦ Heat Wave is a special 95-base power Fire-type move (10% chance to burn the foes).

Togetic Special Wall (Youngster Chick)
Togetic is a decent Special Wall. It is primarily designed to take a substantial amount of hits from special attacks while dealing some decent damage. Life Orb boosts the power of Togetic's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Hustle, Togetic's attack is 1.5x and accuracy of its physical attacks is 0.8x. Facade's damage doubles when the user has a status affliction.
♦ Aerial Ace is a physical STAB-boosted 60-base power Flying-type move (this move does not check accuracy).
♦ Facade is a physical 70-base power Normal-type move (power doubles if Togetic is burn/poison/paralyzed).
