Special Sweeper Drowzee (Retro)

Drowzee is a remarkable Special Sweeper. It's purpose is to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Generation one was a completely different game from what it is now. In the dark days before Generation IV, a move's damage category was determined by its type.

Psychic is a special STAB-boosted 90-base power Psychic-type move (33% chance to lower the target's special by 1 stage).
Confusion is a special STAB-boosted 50-base power Psychic-type move (10% chance to confuse the target).
Thunder Wave is a status move (paralyzes the target).
Reflect is a status move (while active, your Drowzee's defense is doubled).
Toxic is a status move (badly poisons the target).
