Bulbasaur is a remarkable Grass and Poison-typed Pokemon. Bulbasaur is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield. Bulbasaur can be quite a contender in the LC tier (Little Cup). Bulbasaur is weak to Fire, Flying, Ice, and Psychic-typed attacks.

Special Sweeper Bulbasaur (Chlorophyll)
Bulbasaur is a stupendous Special Sweeper. It's purpose is to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Life Orb boosts the power of Bulbasaur's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Chlorophyll, Bulbasaur's speed is doubled during sunny weather.
♦ Leaf Storm is a special STAB-boosted 130-base power Grass-type move (lowers your Bulbasaur's special attack by 2 stages).
♦ Sludge Bomb is a special STAB-boosted 90-base power Poison-type move (30% chance to poison the target).

Bulbasaur Double Wall (The One Nobody Picked)
Bulbasaur is an interesting Double Wall. This moveset attempts to have enough defenses and bulk to take both physical and special hits. Bulbasaur is not a Pokemon anyone usually expects sees on the battlefield but Eviolite changes that. If Eviolite is held by a Pokémon that is not fully evolved, it will raises the Defense and Special Defense of that Pokemon by 50%. With Overgrow, at 1/3 or less of its max hp Bulbasaur's attacking stat is 1.5x with grass attacks.
♦ Giga Drain is a special STAB-boosted 75-base power Grass-type move (Bulbasaur recovers 50% of the damage dealt).
