Special Sweeper Bulbasaur (Overgrow)

Bulbasaur is a remarkable Special Sweeper. It's primary goal is to take down the opponent's team with high-damaging special attacks. Before Generation IV, a move's damage category was determined by its type. Focus Sash helps protect Bulbasaur from being one-shotted and allowing it to atleast use a crucial move when brought out. Life Orb boosts the power of Bulbasaur's damaging moves by 1.3x but it then loses 1/10 its max HP immediately after the attack. With Overgrow, at 1/3 or less of its max hp Bulbasaur's grass-type attacks have 1.5x power.

Petal Dance is a special STAB-boosted 70-base power Grass-type move (lasts 2-3 turns. confuses your Bulbasaur afterwards).
Solar Beam is a special STAB-boosted 120-base power Grass-type move (charges turn 1. hits turn 2. no charge in sunlight).
Synthesis is a status move (heals your Bulbasaur by a weather-dependent amount).
Growth is a status move (raises your Bulbasaur's special attack by 1 stage).
Toxic is a status move (badly poisons the target).

If Eviolite is held by a Pokémon that is not fully evolved, it will raises the Defense and Special Defense of that Pokemon by 50%.
